Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson with a background in construction management and estimating to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiating contracts, managing projects, and controlling costs within the construction industry.
Duties:
-Measure and look at projects such as driveways, parking lots, roads, and more. Properly filling out proposals and speaking with customers to secure jobs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction sector
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure profitable deals
- Build comprehensive proposals that align with client needs and company capabilities
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
-Knowledge of blacktop is a plus!
Part time or full time, pay will be salary plus commission.
