What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator position at Driving Force Group?

We're looking to fill an immediate opening as a Permanent Full-Time Fleet Maintenance Coordinator at our Midland location.
What you'll do :
- Preparing incoming and outgoing fleet
- Obtaining vehicle appraisals and scheduling vehicle maintenance
- Updating maintenance records in company system
- Creating and closing PO's and ensuring all open PO's are reviewed once a month before month end
- Processing paperwork from vendors and internal rental division
- Picking up and dropping off vehicles
- Ensuring rental vehicles are rigged correctly, as per customer specifications
- Ensure vehicles are registered and plated and equipped with decals, as required
- Build and maintain vendor relationships
- Coordinate all driver trips whether customer delivery / pickup, service, and repair appointments, etc.
- Work with other branch locations to ensure timely movement of vehicles
