- Assist the General Manager in managing operational expenses and labor costs effectively.
- Act as the General Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.

- Focus on delivering outstanding service to guests and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members to foster growth and development.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operation of all hotel functions.
- Organize and conduct regular training sessions to reinforce service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements:Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar supervisory role
Food and Beverage Experience Preferred
Outstanding Customer Service Skills
Strong Leadership and team management experience
Proven Experience analyzing financial and labor reports
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) experience required
Good written and verbal communication skills
