Job Requirements:
As a Graphic Designer, you will lead the graphic and visualization process to support the firm’s pursuit to win multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects that support the communities we serve. You will reinforce the corporate brand by creating and maintaining digital and print mediums for external and internal communications. Learn how to grow your skills in layout and visualization, project management, and transform technical information into exciting designs.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Lead the graphic design efforts (digital and print) for pursuits
- Guide subject matter experts through the visualization process from concept to final design
- Creates external and internal graphics for digital and print mediums
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing team to create designs to effectively communicate DRMP’s message
- Apply creativity and strategic insight while leading brainstorming, storyboarding, and other strategy development sessions
- Maintains graphics and marketing data
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on special initiatives
- Manages print production tasks including cutting, laminating, etc.
- Conduct project/client research such as competition analysis, industry trends, etc.
- Coordinates with vendors
- Other duties as assigned
What you'll need (Requirements):
- Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics-related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
- 1-3 years of design experience for professional services (A/E/C preferred)
- Proficiency with a PC
- Attention to detail and consistency for corporate branding
- Strong illustration and layout skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking
- Ability to function in a team setting and provide and take direction from colleagues
- Ability to collaborate with a range of professionals
- Ability to assess problems and implement solutions
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

- Excellent organizational skills
- Photography and video production skills are a plus
