We are looking for a Regional Account Executive to drive growth, establish new partnerships, and solidify DRNX’s presence in key markets.
Position Overview
As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding retail and distributor relationships within your assigned region. You will work closely with key accounts, distributors, and sales teams to maximize product visibility, increase sales, and ensure alignment with DRNX’s brand strategy. This role requires a results-driven professional with experience in sales, account management, and beverage distribution.

This position requires 40-50% travel within your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Sales Growth
- Develop and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Drive sales growth by securing new placements and optimizing existing accounts.
- Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed regional revenue goals and company KPIs.
- Market Expansion & Retail Execution
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Ensure execution of brand standards at retail locations, including merchandising, promotions, and product placement.
Collaboration & Training
- Partner with internal sales and marketing teams to implement promotions and sales initiatives.
- Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to ensure brand knowledge and product advocacy.
- Represent DRNX at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activations.
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- 3 years of sales or account management experience in the beverage, CPG, or related industry (preferred but not required).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM.
- Experience working with c-store distribution models is a plus.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel 40-50% within the region.
