Pay Rate $30-33/hr on W2 (Max.)

• Knowledge of Problem Management Root cause analysis
Responsibilities
• Serve as client facing onsite IT support in a role that will interact with end users VIP executives and other IT Support groups
• Be the SME for macOS subject matter
• Have experience with Apple hardware and software issues and troubleshooting
• Build and distribute applications packages with JAMF Pro
• Create and use automated build processes for macOS device deployment Write scripts to automate Tasks
• Ability to work with JAMF to include OS customization
• Write script to automate name change on macOS endpoints
• Create and update documentation for workflows and processes
• Installing configuring and troubleshooting printers local and network scanners and other workstation hardware connected to macOS devices
• Installing configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft office applications Word Excel etc
• Monitor Service Now SNOW workflow console and assign work as needed to other technicians
• Promptly and accurately completing SNOW service tickets
• Eliminating malware with various removal tools or with software updates deployment
• Troubleshooting email and internet connectivity issues ie Exchange POP3 SMTP account setup
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via email phone and other electronic media
• Configure software to connect to Internet application servers
• Provide basic training to clients on the use of systems and applications as related to Internet and macOS endpoints
• Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in client computer systems
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS MUST
• Be self-motivated efficient hardworking organized conscientious detail oriented and extremely reliable
• Be able to work independently and efficiently without the need for constant supervision to meet deadlines
• Be able to promptly answer support related email phone calls and other electronic communications in a highly professional manner
• Be able to perform light lifting up to roughly 25 lbs
• Be able to interpret reported issues and understand their urgency
• Be proficient in workstation installation and data migration
• Have a working knowledge of Active Directory membership domain joins
• Understand print server’s malware removal tools TCPIP configuration Windows OS and application operations Apple iOS and applications operations
• Prior IT experience or related education is required
