Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to champion the positioning and growth of our A360 CPM software. This role offers a unique opportunity to craft and execute go-to-market strategies, drive product adoption, and communicate the value of A360 to various target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product marketing, an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a passion for technology and enterprise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive insights that inform product messaging and positioning.
- Utilize outbound methods, including email, social media, and cold calling, to initiate conversations and generate interest in our CRM solutions.
- Develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging that communicates the value of A360 to key stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and IT departments.
- Partner with sales engineers to deliver tailored product demos and present the value of A360’s features in addressing client needs.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and communication of new product releases, ensuring successful adoption and engagement across target audiences.
- Engage with key decision-makers in finance, accounting, and IT departments to understand business needs and identify opportunities for A360 software.
- Create and manage customer-facing content that educates and informs leads and clients about A360’s benefits, features, and use cases.
- Partner with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals and customer feedback.
- Monitor and report on product marketing performance, track KPIs such as product adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices in corporate performance management, and competitive landscape to ensure A360 remains a market leader.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-4 years of product marketing and sales experience, preferably in B2B software (CPM, ERP, BI, or SaaS solutions).
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and corporate performance management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in creating compelling go-to-market strategies and executing them effectively.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
