Job Responsibilities
The candidate should have strong testing experience, particularly in Data Analysis and SQL skills. The contractor will have technical resources available for guidance, but a sufficient skillset for quick understanding and comprehension is expected.
This person must easily collaborate with others, exhibit flexibility where warranted, and diplomatically stand their ground when necessary. A high degree of proactivity is expected in resolving both big and small questions, problem-solving, and ownership of QA / test-related issues.
Required Skills
- Competent with deep experience in the following areas :
- Ability to write source to target minus queries to test the before and after difference between running old and new ETLs – Intermediate to Advanced.
- Ability to use SQL to analyze data and draw conclusions based on findings – Intermediate to Advanced.
- Ability to understand Workflows and Mappings in the Informatica tool – Competent.
- Ability to quickly grasp new data model and design concepts – Competent.
Healthcare experience is a bonus.
