Position Overview:
The Assistant General Manager is the backbone of our operations. You’ll help lead the team, maintain smooth service, and ensure our guests have a top-notch experience. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant, from staff management to ensuring a consistently high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and striving for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, energetic team culture and work environment.
- Help execute our vision of growth, promoting from within as we expand.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- A desire to grow with us—our goal is to develop long-term staff and promote from within as we expand.
- Strong culinary knowledge with experience in kitchen operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to food service operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing help where needed for both staff and customers.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
