Job Summary
Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and help bring our visuals to life. If you have a passion for storytelling, strong technical skills, and experience with social media video content , wed love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos for real estate listings, branded content, promotional campaigns, and social media.
Enhance aerial and ground footage by applying color correction, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Trim, assemble, and refine footage to create compelling narratives aligned with client goals.
Work with clients and the creative team to implement feedback and ensure brand consistency.
Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, websites, etc.).
Sync and enhance audio , including voiceovers, background music, and sound effects.
Create motion graphics and simple animations as needed.
Manage and organize media files , ensuring efficient workflow and backups.
Stay up to date with industry trends, editing techniques, and software updates.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro are a plus).
Strong storytelling ability ability to turn raw footage into engaging content.
Experience with color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Experience in real estate, drone, or commercial video editing (This is a plus).
Familiarity with LUTs, masking, keyframing, and advanced editing techniques.
A keen eye for detail, pacing, and composition.
Experience and and understanding of social media content.
