About the role
The company is seeking a Professional Services Engineer with relevant experience to join the U.S. operations team. The position will report to the Director of Programs and Delivery. It represents an exceptional opportunity for a result-driven individual in a new niche but exploding market. This role is primarily focused on leading training courses, supporting business opportunities, and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations
- Delivers formal training in classroom and austere environments to customers and partners
- Identifies training and development needs, including mandated training related to certification and training programs
- Provide customer support through phone, email, or in person communication and thoroughly track interactions through internal support systems
- Complete customer system installations onsite at customer locations to include physical installation, software configuration, and validation testing
- Troubleshoot technical issues with customers to include, but not limited to, radio frequency, IP issues, and mechanical issues
- Support business development in customer demonstrations and exercises
- Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and technical issues in the field
- This role requires up to 50% travel
