Role Overview
As a Merchant Success Associate (MSA) at DROPP, you will play a key role in supporting our growing Merchant Success team. Collaborating closely with Operation Managers and Senior Merchant Success Managers, you’ll ensure DROPP’s largest merchants receive exceptional service and achieve their goals. Through proactive problem-solving and white-glove support, you’ll help merchants succeed and grow with DROPP.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Merchant Success: Collaborate with merchants and internal teams to deliver exceptional value.
- Inbound & Outbound Shipment Management: Assist merchants with creating and managing inbound and outbound shipment
- Order Coordination: Create and track B2B, Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), and kitting orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and accuracy.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule dock appointments for inbound/outbound shipments.
- Daily Monitoring: Proactively identify and resolve red flags in the Order Management System, collaborating with various DROPP teams.
- Escalation Management: Address urgent issues while ensuring a positive merchant experience.
- Quality Control Coordination: Work with merchants and internal teams on quality control issues and inventory management.
- Documentation: Create bills of lading, shipping labels, and other critical documents.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Bilingual proficiency is a strong plus, with fluency in Spanish and/or Mandarin highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel (intermediate skills required), internet navigation, familiarity with AI tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deliver results.
- A passion for customer service and problem-solving.
