We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resource Assistant to join our team. This position will work closely with our HRBP, Senior Executives, and employees based in the US in managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Work Arrangement
- Full-time position, temporary role for 6 to 9 months
- Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the Seattle office)
- Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
- Eligible to reside and work in USA (Citizens or Green Card Holders only)
Key Accountabilities
- First point-of-contact for US employee inquiries and a chance to deliver the best employee experience answering questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Office management tasks such as including processing mail, check deposits, building management, executives’ expense reimbursements, and organizing travel arrangements to help with a streamlined workflow
- Support the employee activities such as onboarding processes, offboarding, benefit enrollment and employee engagement activities
- Work with our recruitment team contacting candidates to schedule interviews giving the best candidate experience
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Process requests from external vendors
- Assist in project management tasks as assigned and track progress on key initiatives
- Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience and knowledge in Human Resources
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software platforms (i.e., ATS, HRIS) Bamboo, ADP WFN experience a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
