We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resource Associate to join our team. This position will work closely with our HRBP, Senior Executives, and employees based in the US in managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Work Arrangement
- Part-time position, 25 to 30 hours per week, possibly leading to a full-time role in the future
- Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the Bellevue office)
- Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
- Eligible to reside and work in USA (Citizens or Green Card Holders only)
Key Accountabilities
First point-of-contact for US employee inquiries and a chance to deliver the best employee experience answering questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and proceduresMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirementsOffice management tasks such as including processing mail, check deposits, building management, executives expense reimbursements, and organizing travel arrangements to help with a streamlined workflowSupport the employee activities such as onboarding processes, offboarding, benefit enrollment and employee engagement activitiesWork with our recruitment team contacting candidates to schedule interviews giving the best candidate experienceAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresProcess requests from external vendorsAssist in project management tasks as assigned and track progress on key initiativesOther duties as assigned or requiredQualifications and Competencies
Bachelors or Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred2 years of proven experience and knowledge in Human ResourcesStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software platforms (i.e., ATS, HRIS) Bamboo, ADP WFN experience a plusAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationRewards That Go Beyond
