About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Engineer Manager, you’ll lead efforts to optimize manufacturing processes using LEAN principles. You’ll guide a talented team, implement creative solutions to improve efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead process optimization and improve productivity.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and enhance quality.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Continuously innovate and improve manufacturing operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years in manufacturing engineering, 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Experience with safety regulations (OSHA, EPA).
- Bonus: Experience with automation, robotics, and project management certifications.
