What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member - Mowing position at Drost Landscape?
Team Members on our mowing team are responsible for timely and quality completion of tasks assigned by the Team Leader to ensure clients are beyond satisfied with the work we do.
To fill this role, we are looking for hardworking individuals that have a high attention to detail. Daily tasks will include mowing Northern Michigan's most beautiful properties, trimming, edging, and more. It’s an excellent place for those who are looking for a variety of views in their workday, a supportive team environment, and a company that wants to help them grow their career. Applicants must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, be willing to work long hours outside, as well as adapt easily to changes in schedules. On-the-job training is provided, as well as incentives for certifications and past experience.
