As a systems supplier, we plan and build complete paint shops and final assembly facilities. We also manufacture and supply automotive and industrial paint and sealing robotics. Position Summary : The Senior Manager - Electrical Engineering is responsible for managing the electrical group (hardware and software). This person will provide overall group coordination and lead all aspects of engineering.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Lead electrical engineering group
- Manage workload of electrical team
- Conduct performance reviews of staff
- Act as liaison with Executive Management, Clients, and other departments
- Work with Drr headquarters on design standards
- Implement US based design standards
- Manage manpower loading for electrical group on multiple projects
- Work with subcontract engineering
- Maintain overall department schedules
- Review budget estimates and project budgets
- Establish project standards and deliverables
- Support selection and control of suppliers and Purchased Equipment vendors
