Must-haves:

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer/Aerospace/Robotics Engineering with a specialization in Controls.
• 1-3 years of experience working with MATLAB with focus in feedback control (NOT automation control) or optimization.
• 1-3 years of experience parsing, analyzing, & visualizing real-world data for identifying product improvements.
• Strong communication skills. Self-motivated, independent, takes initiative.

Plusses:

• Python development experience
• Previous roles in complex industries such as automotive, aerospace, robotics, defense, HVAC, semiconductor, etc.
• Experience automating data parsing, analysis, and visualization.

Role #2: Automation procedure creation & maintenance

Must-haves:
