Due to growing business demands we are looking for an E-commerce Listing Specialist

Join a great team as an E-commerce Listing Specialist (eBay – New and like new preowned High-End Footwear and Fashion) based in Marlton, NJ. You will be an integral part of the team tasked with expanding our client’s online marketplace presence, with a focus on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to create active eBay listings, including all photos and details required to accurately represent the offering, ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing improvements, developing, and implementing eBay promotional strategies and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

· Help the team oversee and improve day-to-day operations on various e-commerce platforms, including maintaining an adequate number of listings to hit sales goals, developing listing strategies, fulfillment, and managing customer response.

· Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for each marketplace to increase visibility, conversion rates, and customer loyalty.

· Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and profitability.

· Monitor and respond to customer feedback and ratings, implementing strategies to improve satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

· Work closely with the marketing team to align promotions with broader campaigns, leveraging marketplace insights to guide strategies.

· Ensure all activities comply with platform policies and best practices, staying updated on marketplace regulations and adapting strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing online marketplaces, with a focus on eBay.
• Strong understanding of various e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics, including best practices.
• Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• High level of attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational skills to manage cross listing inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
