Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman, a finisher and laborers.
Foreman must have experience of 4 plus years More experience the better for pay$$$
finisher must have 2-3 plus years. Also more experience better the pay.
Laborers must know the basics of concrete as in puddling/raking/leveling concrete and perform to a upbeat pace.
Duties
- Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring, including forming, leveling, and grading.
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and layout.
- Supervise and manage a team of laborers during concrete pouring and finishing processes.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that finished work meets industry standards.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project scheduling and documentation.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with other trades on-site to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concrete Forman with a strong understanding of concrete properties and finishing techniques.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and familiar with construction management software, including HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and ProCore.
- Strong project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of quality control measures in construction processes.
- Ability to operate an Ohmmeter for electrical testing related to concrete applications is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to supervise effectively.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
