You will be working with multiple reports, ensuring that data is accurately entered and organized to support marketing efforts and business objectives. A strong working knowledge in other MS Office programs is preferred.

Responsibilities :
- Maintain organized filing systems for digital documents
- Data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing anniversary calendars
- Provide timely communication with team members
- Prepare and code orders for billing / invoicing using data processing reports to create accurate billing
- Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette
