Location: 400 South Swinton Ave. Delray Beach, FL 33444/Full time & Part time/Behavioral Health/Clinical Support/Must be flexible/24/7 Residential & Crisis Units
Education Required (Tech 1): High School Diploma
Education Required (Senior Tech) : Bachelor Degree in related field (Psychology/Helping Profession)
Experience Required (both Tech 1/Senior Tech):1 year in customer service setting/helping profession preferred
Experience Preferred: 2 years in customer service/helping profession/related industry
Other: Awareness/Knowledge of chemical dependency/mental health/psych issues

The primary duty of this direct service position involves supporting and maintaining the residential environment.
