What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Worker position at DRUG ABUSE FOUNDATION?
Not-for-profit community based substance abuse treatment & prevention agency (www.dafpbci.org) is looking for a Food Services Workers, responsible for our kitchen/cafeteria operations at our main campus in Delray Beach.
>Degree in related field (e.g. culinary arts, hospitality) preferred, High School Diploma required
> 3 years in related field required, 3 years in related field and health/behavioral health institutional setting preferred
> Valid SAFE SERVE Certification
This position includes the following duties, either through direct service or supervision of:
> Food Services planning (e.g. menu planning/food prep/delivery)
> Food Procurement
> Inventory Management & Control
> Food Preparation
> Cooking/Food Processing
> Food Service Delivery
> Kitchen/Cafeteria maintenance/housekeeping
> Staff Supervision and Assignments
> Administrative duties (reports, time sheets, performance reviews etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
