What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician position at Drug Crafters Compounding Pharmacy?
Work in an exciting, fast paced environment with a passionate team of industry experts. Drug Crafters is a compounding pharmacy operating in 24 states for over 12 years. We are in a growth and expansion phase, and are looking for talented people to join our team. Specifically, this role will be for a certified pharmacy technician or trainee to work with our shipping team, where you will handle the back-end logistics of sensitive packages.
You will work very closely with a tenured senior Pharmacist and a team of seasoned and passionate technicians. In addition, you will be cross-trained to work with our filling team where you will most likely spend a couple days of your work week. You will be expected to work a half day, on a Saturday, every few weeks as needed. This shift will usually qualify you for overtime, so do not be surprised if you are eager to work Saturday shifts! You will work alongside industry veterans who will support and mentor you. Your growth is also very important to us. On occasion, there will be an opportunity to be cross trained in other departments, so you can expect to grow and advance your career!

Candidate Requirements:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy is a must.
- Experience compounding is preferred but not necessary.
- Positive Attitude. Self-driven. Self-Motivated.

- You must be able to work on your feet and you should be able to lift 10lbs consistently and up to 50lbs occasionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.27 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
