What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier position at Drug Emporium?
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Perform all cashier duties to complete customer sales transactions in a positive and friendly manner.
- Check out customer purchases at customer cash registers. To include bagging of product and placing in customer shopping carts.
- Validate merchandise pricing as needed
- Price and stock merchandise as directed
- Ensure shopping carts and hand baskets are returned to their respective nesting areas when not in use
- Ensure work stations have necessary supplies and is clean and orderly
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships while addressing customer service needs and questions.
- Additional store specific duties as needed or required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
