- The Professional Sport Coordinator is a key contributor to Drug Free Sport International/International Doping Tests & Management (DFSI-IDTM) in ensuring the coordination of client needs by providing logistical support for client testing services. This individual will operate in a fast-paced work environment, contribute to administration management of department operations, and effectively communicate with team members and clients. Contributions include performing quality control of collections; coordinating distribution of testing supplies and communicating drug-testing logistics to independent collection contractors; oversee drug-test collections; and collaborate with the Professional Sport & International Program Manager, Director of Professional Sport and colleagues for excellent support.

- Deliver excellent service to clients, independent collection contractors and colleagues.

- Contribute to the administration of professional sport drug-testing programs including but not limited to:
- Provide client pre-license program scheduling support.
- Maintain strong relationships with client personnel and individual teams.
- Support independent collection contractors with questions or other needs including being available on an “on-call” evening
and weekends rotation schedule.
- Monitor quality-of-service issues including supplies, shipping logistics, drug-testing results, and collection deficiencies.
- Testing management including database coordination; selections and rosters generation; shipping oversight and quality
control.
- Serve in the absence of applicable team members as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent; two- or four-year degree in administration, business or similar field preferred.
- Minimum one year of professional administrative experience; anti-doping experience preferred.

- Highly credible and ethical; high awareness of business sensitivity and confidentiality.
