About the Role
Drug Hunter is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you will be responsible for driving customer retention, ensuring seamless renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities within our existing customer base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, managing complex accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maximizing customer value and ensuring a world-class experience for Drug Hunter's enterprise customers, including leading biopharma companies and research institutions.
Responsibilities
Renewals & Expansion
- Manage the renewal process across assigned accounts, ensuring high retention and contract closures.
- Identify and execute strategies to expand relationships within accounts by uncovering new business units, use cases, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with customers to maximize engagement and adoption of Drug Hunter's platform.

Qualifications
Compensation :
Drug Hunter takes a market-based approach to pay. The candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and work location. For this role the base salary range is $70k-$100k, with a bonus plan based on performance.
