We are seeking a Member Engagement and Operations Manager to serve as the product owner for DIA Membership. This role entails driving the expansion, administration, and operational enhancement of DIA Membership, encompassing member benefits, services, communities, tools, and resources. The position will oversee and provide operational support for all aspects of DIA Membership and its communities.
Key responsibilities include:
Membership Operations & Strategy
- Oversee membership operations, including benefits, services, and resources, ensuring seamless delivery and engagement
- Maintain and update membership-related elements within the Association Management System (AMS) and Content Management System (CMS).
- Develop and execute strategies for member retention, recruitment, acquisition, and renewal.
Marketing, Promotion & Partnerships
- Collaborate with Marketing to create and implement membership marketing strategies, campaigns, and collateral to drive global membership growth and revenue.
- Promote membership through strategic partnerships, digital channels, and engagement initiatives.
Data Analysis, Industry Research & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze and report membership and community metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in membership and online communities.
Community Management:
- Manage DIA Communities, serving as the primary lead, and oversee engagement in the Community Mentoring Program.
Platform Optimization:
- Administer and optimize the DIA Community platform, ensuring full utilization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Content Coordination & Special Projects
- Coordinate content creation and asset collection for the DIA NOW platform, working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
To join us, you should have:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years experience, particularly with professional association membership programs preferred. Web content management is helpful but not required.
- Strong computer skills and expertise in other relevant systems and software such as Microsoft Windows/Office, Amazon Web Service (AWS), and AMS Personify.
- Highly technology literate; quickly learns new applications and tools.
- Some overnight domestic travel is required.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages a bonus.
