We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on digital channels, content creation, and campaign analytics. As a key member of our marketing team, you will support the development of innovative marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
In this role you will :
- Campaign Execution : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and other channels.
- Content Creation : Develop and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
- Email Marketing : Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A / B testing, performance tracking, and reporting to drive engagement and conversions.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Performance Analytics : Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve future marketing efforts.
- Brand Support : Help maintain consistent messaging across all marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to support marketing initiatives and ensure cohesion across channels.
