Responsibilities :
- Be part of the mainframe migration process by working with legacy applications while preparing for the future state by learning new tools and technologies through upskilling
- Work on projects from initial kickoff to production deployment and identifying potential technical risks
- Execute the creation of designs and development efforts within Agile
- Identify opportunities to modernize technology and streamline processes to enhance performance and reduce risk
- Establish a working relationship and facilitate on-going dialog with technical leads, team members and managers
- Study and invest time in learning new and emerging trends and technologies
- Develop an understanding of the insurance industry and products
