Druthers Brewing Company is currently interviewing for an Shift Lead position for our location in Voorheesville NY. We are looking for individuals who have strong organizational, motivational and leadership skills. Our fast paced locations require someone who is highly energetic, extremely professional and enjoys working with people. Leadership experience in the hospitality industry is highly recommended for this position.
Our Shift Leads provide an enjoyable dining experience, while creating a positive working environment for our employees and ensuring the restaurant is effectively meeting all costs. You will be responsible for developing, training and following up with all employees to ensure they are providing the best experience for all of our guest.
