Role Summary :
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across our recruiting processes and deliver a seamless candidate experience. This role supports talent acquisition by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a best-in-class hiring experience. You will also help improve talent acquisition systems, processes, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, is passionate about creating efficient processes, enjoys working collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You'll Do :
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for onsite interviews, managing logistics, ensuring interviewer readiness, and creating a positive candidate experience.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience in collaboration with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers by ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.
- Manage job postings across various platforms (company website, job boards, and social media).
- Manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with pre-employment screenings, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.
- Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.
- Support talent operations efforts and processes to improve team efficiency and scalability.
- Assist with cross-functional initiatives, including onboarding support and collaboration with other HR functions to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness.
- Track key candidate experience metrics, create insightful reports, and support data-driven decision-making across the recruiting team.

What You Will Need
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $92,000 and $129,333 / year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
