What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney position at DRV Staffing?
Recruiting for an attorney for immediate hire on behalf for a prestigious growing boutique law firm in Murrieta, California. The attorney will focus on all aspects of family law litigation. While family law experience is preferred, it's not required they are open to someone with an interest in learning and doing family law.
Start asap. $150K-$200,000 based on experience. Willing to pay $200,000 plus for someone with 3-5 years of experience. Person with less experience at $150k.
Must have active JP law license in good standing in the state of California
Responsibilities include client consultations, plenty of direct client interaction on various issues, and regular court appearances.
Court appearances at hearings and trials in Riverside and North County San Diego.
Stay in touch with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
Manage and review court filings and all incoming case-related documents.
the firm is looking for a true team player to work closely with their paralegal and handle every part of a client’s case. This includes direct client interaction, working with opposing counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and managing mediation, conferences, pretrial hearings, and trials. Strong research, writing, courtroom presentation, and tech skills are key. While experience is always valued, they also care deeply about your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity.
The office is open Monday through Friday, closing at noon at Fridays. The position allows for work from home days and flexibility. Their team of 16 including 5 paralegals offers plenty of support to the attorney.
