Position Overview : The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing and growing Dry Box, Inc.'s online presence across social media platforms. This role focuses on content creation, audience engagement, brand promotion, and analytics to enhance customer interaction and drive sales. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and skilled in digital marketing strategies.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Regularly create high-quality visual and video content. Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and external agencies for additional content.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with business goals and promotional campaigns.
- Research and implement new social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Dry Box, Inc. at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships to expand brand visibility.
- Monitor competitors’ social media strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
