Position Overview: The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing and growing Dry Box, Inc.'s online presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and skilled in digital marketing strategies.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Regularly create high-quality visual and video content. Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and external agencies for additional content.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with business goals and promotional campaigns.
- Research and implement new social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Dry Box, Inc. at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships to expand brand visibility.
- Monitor competitors’ social media strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising tools.
- Ability to write compelling, brand-aligned copy for various audiences.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in video content creation and videography.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.

- Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
