Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Front of the House Manager in charge of seating and managing a part of the dining room.
- Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security of transactions.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards.
- Handle shift management responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of front of house management practices.
- Experience in food service management with a focus on quick-service environments.
- Excellent training development skills for staff enhancement.
- Familiarity with food management principles to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Effective cash handling skills with attention to detail.
