Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage the reservation system and maintain an organized waitlist.
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station.
- Utilize Open Table system for managing reservations and guest information.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices in the restaurant or hotel industry is beneficial.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for enhancing guest relations and experiences.
