Operations Manager
DRY FIRST, a 37-year insurance restoration company has an immediate opening for a strong and experienced leader to manage the daily operations of our Mitigation and Reconstruction Divisions. The Operations Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
This position requires a solid, dependable person with uncompromising integrity, strong communication skills, attention to detail, a warm customer service manner, and a desire to be an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities include:
· Coordinating multiple projects
· Controlling operating expenses
· Developing our team of field service specialists and subcontractors
· Meeting or exceeding project schedules and profit goals
The ideal candidate will possess:
· Experience in project management
· Extensive customer service experience
· A demonstrated history of achieving departmental & company goals
· Proficiency using MS Excel
· A passion for operations
Experience with Xactimate software is a plus.
We offer a salary commensurate with experience and additional bonus incentives.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
