Dry First is seeking a passionate and energetic Sales Representative to join our 37-year team in Merritt Island, FL. This is a quota-carrying sales position, so experience or comfort with meeting sales targets is a significant advantage. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, fostering long-term business relationships, and engaging in fun, interactive activities that promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Spend most of your time in the field, calling on existing clients while also seeking new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Regularly visit the offices of contractors, realtors, plumbing companies, property managers, and other potential business sources.
- Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth. Experience in quota-carrying roles is highly beneficial.
- Event Planning & Execution: Arrange and host office lunches, breakfasts, and presentations to educate potential clients about our services.
- Brand Promotion: Distribute high-quality promotional items and organize inter-company mixers and social events to reinforce our market presence.
- Creative Contribution: Work with the company's leadership on marketing ideas, community involvement, and business development strategies.
- Social Media Coordination: Liaise with one of the company's owners to ensure social media content aligns with our brand and promotional goals (Note: This position does not manage social media accounts).
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales and marketing, preferably in a quota-carrying position.
- Education: Associate degree preferred.
- Skills: High-energy, friendly, creative, and excellent communication skills. A knack for thinking outside the box and taking initiative is essential.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and business-casual dress at all times. Company attire options provided; adherence to dress code is required.
- Driving Record: Must maintain a favorable driving record to drive company vehicles.
- Willingness to Travel: Occasional U.S. travel (usually 2-3 days per trip, approximately once a year) for industry-related training, conferences, or team-building activities.

Our Sales Reps can earn $60k (base) to $100k (including earned commissions) plus Benefits.
