DRIRITE is hiring a full-time Carpet Cleaner in Tampa, Florida. We are looking for a personable, hard-working, and experienced carpet cleaning technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for visiting businesses and customers’ homes, assessing their needs, and determining the best cleaning solutions to get the job done. The ideal candidate is committed to providing excellent customer service and is familiar with the latest cleaning equipment, tools, techniques, and products. Responsibilities
- Meet with customers at their home or business and assess their carpet and floors
- Use a set of cleaning chemicals, equipment, techniques, and tools on carpets and floors
- Apply stain removers and pre-cleaning treatments to hard- to-clean spots
- Move furniture out of the way and reset the room once complete
- Look for opportunities to upsell customers on additional carpet cleaning services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years previous experience in carpet cleaning
- Experience with small carpet repairs, carpet, furniture, and tile cleaning, as well as water extractions.
- Driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs) and be on your feet most of the work shift
- The candidate must have exceptional communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and a can-do attitude
