Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpet cleaning and maintenance. Your primary duties will include:
- Operating carpet cleaning equipment and machinery
- Conducting pre-inspections of carpets to assess stains, damages, and specific cleaning requirements
- Applying appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to effectively remove stains, dirt, and odors from carpets
- Utilizing specialized tools and methods for spot treatment and deep cleaning
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards throughout the cleaning process
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment, vehicles, and work areas
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience necessary
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment, chemicals, and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to consent to a background check and drug screening

During Training- $10-$20/HR
After Training- $50,000,$70,000 per year
