What are the responsibilities and job description for the IN HOME SALES SPECIALIST position at Dry Force Corp?

Due to that growth we are in need of honest, hardworking, and committed people to help carry on our tenets of quality, honesty and service beyond comparison. We are looking to expand our sales team with motivated, outgoing In Home Sales Specialists who will be the first responders onsite for water damage.
Responsibilities:
- Assess water damage and work with the homeowners and insurance companies.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience
- Experience with DASH preferred but not required.
- Ability to work 50-60 hours a week
- Proficient with modern technology
- Ability to speak persuasively and respectfully with all people
- Stable work history with a strong work ethic
- Ability to successfully close sales
- Commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction
- A positive attitude
- Self motivated
Requirements:
- Valid Texas driver's license with a satisfactory record
- Clear criminal background
- Ability to pass drug screen
Education:
- High school or equivalent
