As a Member Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of potential clients, how they align with our value proposition and ultimately close deals. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect Qualifying:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their business needs.
- Utilize qualifying techniques to understand mutual benefits of prospect being a member of MoreFloods.
2. Service Offering:
- Stay updated on the features and benefits of the products or services offered.
- Clearly articulate membership value proposition to potential clients.
3. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Utilize consultative sales strategies to engage prospects.
4. Lead Generation:
- Proactively seek out and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, social media, and online research.
- Organize and prioritize leads.
5. Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of products or services.
- Address client concerns and objections effectively.
6. Quota Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with other team members to share insights and best practices.
8. In-Home Sales Representatives Training:
- Train representatives on effectively managing in-home appointments scheduled from qualified leads,
- emphasizing that there is no cold calling involved.
- Provide guidance on how to accurately determine the scope of work, provide estimates, and deliver
- solutions to homeowners in need.
- Educate reps on executing top-notch customer service, managing remediation crews, monitoring job
- status, and maintaining clear communication with customers, company management, and insurance
- carriers.
- Ensure reps are trained to respond promptly (within one hour) to new job notifications and complete all
- necessary documentation in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate business cases.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in a consultative sales role.
- Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
