Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to emergency scenes, establishing rapport with property owners, first responders, and other personnel.
• Show high levels of empathy, compassion, and professionalism at all times.
• Assess immediate needs and provide emergency services such as board-ups, securing properties, and guiding next steps for restoration.
• Present and educate property owners about Dry Kings Restoration's services, overcoming objections, and closing restoration contracts on-site.
• Convert leads into signed agreements, maintaining high closing ratios.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately to help clients understand the restoration process and the value of our services.
• Track and report on job leads, contacts, and outcomes using CRM software, ensuring follow-up and closing targets are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with local fire departments, insurance agents, and industry partners to build a reliable referral network.
• Participate in local networking and community events to promote Dry Kings Restoration and generate additional business.
• Monitor emergency dispatches and alerts to respond quickly to fire and water damage incidents.
• Conduct initial damage assessments and document findings, ensuring clear communication with internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Participate in an on-call rotating schedule to assist in responding to emergencies after hours.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
• Proven sales experience, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• High closing ratios in previous roles, especially in a field-based, client-facing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales, restoration, or emergency response role.
• Knowledge of fire damage and emergency board-up services is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish trust quickly.
• A strong understanding of the restoration industry and processes.
• A valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Availability for on-call rotation, including nights and weekends, to respond to emergencies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Must have the physical ability to perform emergency board-ups and property securing activities when necessary.
• Knowledge of CRM software for lead management and follow-up.
