Role Overview:
As a Drywall Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our drywall projects, ensuring they are completed to our rigorous standards, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve direct coordination with crews, managing project schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining excellent communication with our clients and internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crew Coordination: Engage with crew members ahead of time to organize job details, material needs, and subcontractor status.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring readiness and quality, while communicating any issues promptly.
- Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality checks, completing detailed QC checklists to uphold our standards.
- Communication: Maintain constant contact with customers and internal teams, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Delivery & Supply Management: Ensure timely delivery of materials, stepping in to resolve any shortages personally.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for any project challenges, coordinating with the production and operations managers.
