Duties
- Manage accounts payable and receivable via QuickBooks Online.
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Expense Tracking.
- Occasional onsite meetings with clients to have checks endorsed.
- Prepare and examine financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Perform double entry bookkeeping, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
Skills
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Proficient in double entry bookkeeping and understanding of debits and credits.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with account reconciliation processes.
