• Pay ranges from $18 and $19 in Base Pay plus Tips and Product Commissions

Enough about us, let's talk about you! We are looking for a rockstar hair stylist educator who:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and leading by example, ensuring our clients experience the best of what Drybar has to offer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to motivate and inspire fellow stylists while driving the team towards achieving our goals.

• Has a preferred minimum of 1 year experience as a leader in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment (but don't let that deter you if you know this is the job for you!)
• Holds a current and valid state Cosmetology license in Indiana
• Has strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused culture
• Is able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all
• Is coachable but also comfortable with providing feedback to their team of stylists
• Has a proven track record of stellar customer service - customers love you!
• Can pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments - Multi-task with ease

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• A great listener, leader and someone that can think quickly and is focused to problem solving
• Must be comfortable with using technolgy; the Google platform is our core system for creating schedules, templates and for some operational reporting. You must feel comfortable with using technology
• Can work at least 5 days a week, including Saturdays, some Sunday's, if needed
• Leading by example
• you are the leader and the example for your stylists. Having a positive mindset and attitude is key.
• Understand basic business and sales goals so that you can help your stylists maximize their revenue and the shops goals
• Obsessed with customer service
• Manage customer service reviews-Responding to anything negative and also ensuring that you are responding quickly and mitigating any client conflict
• Coach effectively
• You are required to meet with the local schools for recruitmentÂ
• Helping the business meet the daily/weekly/monthly goals
• Having a love for the industry, passion for people and the love to grow
• Meet with your Leadership team regularly for weekly syncs and updates on the business
