Our shop is fun, fast-paced, and full of energy—and we're looking for a Bartender (a.k.a. Receptionist) to join our growing team!
As a Drybar Bartender, you're not just the first smiling face our clients see—you're also the go-to expert for helping guests get the most out of their experience. You'll be responsible for educating clients about our membership options, retail products, and add-on services, while ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and beautiful!

What You'll Do
Create an exceptional client experience by welcoming guests and setting a positive tone
Educate clients on our membership options, retail products, and add-on services
Promote and sell memberships and retail to enhance each guest's experience
Help keep the shop running smoothly by supporting stylists, managing appointments, and handling transactions
Provide top-notch customer service while ensuring a clean and organized shop
Who We're Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be available Monday–Wednesday PLUS at least one weekend shift
Confident communicator with a professional presence
Goal-driven & motivated to educate clients and drive membership and retail sales
Quick thinker & problem solver – able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
