- Prior salon/spa environment experience a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for providing amazing customer service
- Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hour shifts
- Calm under pressure with a professional, positive attitude
- Tech-savvy and confident using booking and sales systems
- Must meet age requirements for alcohol service (where applicable)
- Drybar complies with all local, state, and federal background check laws
