Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving to Customers homes, Providing them with a thorough but simple cleaning process. Answering any questions and collecting payment while always maintaining a positive disposition.

Duties

• Perform the trained procedures
• Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Most homes will require you to access the roof.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated appointment windows.
• Maintain some standard equipment and request replenishment of materials as needed.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as directed by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in accessing a 1 story roof is required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with very basic construction practices is a plus.
• Reliability in attendance is very important. Jobs are scheduled 2-3 days in advance. If you need a day off and you tell us a week in advance, we can accommodate that.

If you are willing to use your own approved vehicle, truck or van, there is a sub contractor position available. please ask me about the compensation for that position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
